Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is a recent technology which allows mobile telephone users to switch service providers without changing their existing phone numbers, to gain optimum benefits from the varied packages and capabilities offered by different networks.

AIMS is the appointed site of the MNP Clearinghouse, the reference database and order processing engine for all of Malaysia’s mobile subscribers. The rerouting of every mobile phone call from a previous service provider to a new one is efficiently conducted within our walls.
