SHAH ALAM, November 15: TIME dotCom Bhd (TdC) has announced the proposed acquisitions of companies, all in the telecommunications services and infrastructure industry and which upon completion, will allow the telco to provide a full range of telecommunications services, instantly positioning it into a regional player. 
 
The companies being acquired are the AIMS Group, one of Malaysia’s leading network neutral data centre, the region's leading wholesale Internet service and backhaul provider, Global Transit Communications Sdn Bhd; ownership in the much sought after Trans-Pacific submarine cable route via Global Transit Ltd (GTL)’s 10% ownership in the Unity North Cable System, and wholesale internet licenses in Singapore and Hong Kong.
